This is an example of a weekend tour in the Burgundy region for a group of 6 guests.

All of our events are flexible and can be tailored to meet your specific needs (type of event, budget, schedule, number of guests, etc.). Please do not hesitate to contact us for any requests and a personalized estimate.

Friday April the 1st

Paris departure - Gare de Lyon with 7h44 TGV 1st class. Arrival in Dijon at 9h20. A car will be waiting to meet us at the train station.

·10h15 Tasting at domaine de Vogüé - Chambolle-Musigny

Domaine du Comte de Vogüé is one of the most prestigious of the fields of Burgundy, existence for 5 centuries, ¾ of which are owned by the Great Vintage Musigny. The chief of the cellar, Millet, will guide us on a tour of the impressive arched cellars for a tasting of Chambolle-Musigny, Chambolle-Musigny 1st vintage Amoureuses, great vintages Bonne Mare and Musigny.

·11h45 Tasting at domaine des Lambrays - Morey-Saint-Denis

This very beautiful field is extremely famous for its Clos des Lambrays, an exceptional " grand cru " of a rare smoothness. The manager, Thierry Bouin, will provide tastings from several years, like his remarkable white - Puligny-Montrachet 1st vintage Caillerets and Folatières.

·13h00 Lunch at the restaurant " les Vendanges de Bourgogne" with Gevrey-Chambertin (excellent local gastronomy)

·15h00 Tasting at domaine Mugneret-Gibourg - Vosne-Romanée

This field is the warant of great Burgundian tradition and is managed by two sisters, Mesdames Mugneret. The vast choice of wines of the Côtes de Nuits provides a very instructive tasting. Vosne-Romanée, Nuits-Saint-Georges 1st vintage Chaignots, Chambolle-Musigny 1st vintage Feusselottes, great Echézeaux vintages, Closed of Vougeot, Ruchottes-Chambertin.

Half an hour drive towards the south will bring us to Côte de Beaune.

·17h30 Tasting at domaine Leflaive - Puligny-Montrachet - www.leflaive.fr

This is quite simply the most famous field of white wine of the French (what coast ? west, east ?) Coast. Anne-Claude Leflaive will explain the biodynamy elements that enable this region to give birth the following white high-class wines : Puligny-Montrachet, several Puligny-Montrachet 1st vintage, great vintages Bienvenue-Batard-Montrachet, Batard-Montrachet and Chevalier-Montrachet.

·Dinner at restaurant Ma Cuisine (famous for its cuisine and its fabulous winelist)

·Night at l'Hôtel de Beaune in Beaune (an exceptional hotel particulier in the heart of Beaune)

Saturday April 2

·10h30 Tasting at domaine domaine Mugnier - Château de Chambolle - Chambolle-Musigny - www.mugnier.fr

After the domaine de Vogüé and the domaine Roumier, this is the third most important area in Chambolle-Musigny: Attractive tastings await us as we will discover a completely different expression of the same wine we tasted the previous day. The tasting will be led by Jacques-Frederic Mugnier. The 2003 from this area are considered to be extremely successful.
Tasting will include Chambolle-Musigny, Chambolle-Musigny 1st vintage Fuées, Chambolle-Musigny 1st vintage Les Amoureuses, Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er cru Clos de la Maréchale, Bonnes-Mares and Musigny.

·Lunch at l'Auberge de la Miotte - Ladoix-Serrigny (an old hunting lodge with a tasty kitchen and an incredible wine selection---a true winemaker's address)

·14h 30 Tasting at domaine Rousseau -Gevrey-Chambertin - or domaine Bonneau du Martray - Aloxe-Corton (Dependent on availabilities).

A reservation is assured at one of these two domaines. They are both major domaines, one in the Corton area, the other around Chambertin and offer a 2002 lauded to be a great success and a very promising 2003.

After, passing through Cote de Nuits again, we will make a stop at Vosne-Romanée in front of the vines of Romanée-Conti, then return to the Château du Clos de Vougeot, and the large vineyards of Musigny and Chambertin.

The tariff for this stay is 900,00 € per person, including all taxes. Package includes transportion, vineyard tours, accomodations and dining at local restaurants.

To create an environment where an unforgettable experience is had by all, we limit this tour to 6 guests.
