Oenological evening - dégustation à l'aveugle

Event for 35 Guests
From18h30 to 21h30. Guests will be paired into teams of 3 and will participate in the instruction and ludic tasting of 8 wines (3 bottles of each proposed). As part of Dégustation à l'aveugle, the teams are instructed on and compete with one another to see who can remember the most characteristics of the wines tasted that evening (i.e., type of wine, country, type of wine making, year, etc.).

Guests must provide their answers to the host at the end of the tasting so a winning team can be selected. Small gifts are offered to all of the participants (bottles of Argentinian wine for the winners and gift bags meat and cheese selections for the others)

Gourmet Dinner and Vertical Tasting at Lynch-Bages Castle

Event for 12 Guests
From 20h to 23h00. Guests will enjoy a gourmet dinner at a prestigious restaurant and vertical tasting (various years of the same wine) of the Great Classified Vintage of Bordeaux Pauillac Lynch-Bages Castle.
The place : a private room of the Macéo restaurant, rue des petits champs (Paris, 75001)
